1-2       Tap R heel forward, Step forward onto R

3-4       Tap L heel forward, Step forward onto L

5-6       R foot kick forward, Hold for count

7-8       R toe kick back and down towards floor, Hold for count

½ turn to R, Heel, Toe, Heel, Toe, Forward, Pull, Forward, Hold

& 1-2   ½ turn to right on ball of left foot (&), Tap R heel forward, Step forward onto R

3-4       Tap L heel forward, Step forward onto L

5-6       R step forward, L step in behind (pull)

7-8       R step forward, Hold for count

           Cross rock forward, Replace, Step back, Hold, Cross rock forward, Replace, Step back, Hold

1-2      L cross rock over in front of right foot, Replace weight back onto R

3-4      L step back on slight angel to left, Hold for count

5-6      R cross rock over in front of left foot, Replace weight back onto L

7-8      R step back on slight angel to right, Hold for count
